Camouflage Printing / Camo Thermal Lamination

Our premium camouflage finish utilizes an advanced heat transfer and thermal lamination process. The standard operating procedure follows four strict manufacturing phases:

Film Preparation & Surface Treatment

Well prepare high-precision film printed with the designated camouflage pattern while thoroughly cleaning the surface of the injection-molded cooler.

*Technical Note: Due to the naturally low surface energy and poor adhesion of raw cooler plastics, a specialized PP primer is applied as a crucial pretreatment.

Application & Air Expulsion

The colored camouflage film is precisely positioned onto the product surface. Specialized squeegee tooling is used repeatedly to entirely expel air bubbles, ensuring seamless, intimate contact across all contours.

Thermal Activation (Baking)

The film-applied cooler is transferred to a controlled oven for thermal activation, fully curing the specialized adhesive. Parameters are strictly regulated based on materials—for instance, standard baking is executed at 100°C for 10 minutes.

Release Film Removal & Quality Inspection

Following proper cooling, the protective carrier layer (release film) is cleanly peeled away. The camouflage graphics remain permanently and securely integrated into the outer surface of the product.
